What do we provide?

The Pop Up Oasis arrives with 2 bar staff, glassware, chilli bins, ice,  bar stools,  Picnic/garden  style furniture including mats, umbrella, sun chairs, bean bags, cushions, few chairs, trestle table, ice bins and all barware associated with making your delicious cocktails and drinks. Blackboards for personal messages and some signage. If the horse box wont fit at your venue, then the stylish portable bars will be a great alternative. 

 

What drinks can you serve?

Bottled beer and cider, wine, champagne, any soft drinks and mineral water and  a 'cocktail of the day'. Do let us know if there is something you would like to serve that is not listed here.

 

Can you make cocktails?

Yes we love to! Choose a cocktail to serve at your event and we will shake/stir it up. We have a long list for you to choose from or suggest your own

 

Can you serve coffee?

Yes you can add on a coffee package and we can serve filtered white or black coffee and a range of teas.

Or The Oasis has an espresso coffee machine with amazing coffees from our professional baristas

Ask about our coffee packages when you book.

 

What kind of glassware do you have?

Our stemware (wine glasses and champagne flutes) are a wonderful mix match  of old school and new styles. Beers are served in bottles. plastic glassware is available for non glass areas.

.

Can you serve tap beer?

We don't have the equipment to serve tap beer but we can hire it . Ask about your options when you book!

 

Do you do table service?

Yes we can. We can do table service or guests just come up the bar.   the portable bars can be used if The pop up oasis cant reach harder to get to spaces.. Our staff will rove around, pick up empty glasses and bottles.

 

Does Pop Up Oasis sell alcohol?

No, all alcohol needs to be supplied by you. We serve it. Cheaper for you that way and cuts out some red tape issues.

Do you supply food catering?

No, but we are friends with some great local catering company that we can work together with.

 

Do you have power?

We can provide a generator for an xtra charge, if there is no power onsite.

 

Do you supply lights?

Yes, I can provide the amazing Full Moon Lamps from Cillaberry and festoon lights as decoration

 

Do you supply music?

Yes its possible. If theres a mains power supply available i have a 700watt portable speaker that can run off bluetooth, radio, cd's or av input.

otherwise i have a Ue boom thats great for smaller low key occasions. (xtra charge) 

 

Do you supply a gazebo?

yes we can. a choice of a 3x3 metre gazebo or a 6x3m gazebo with sides is available (xtra charge)

 

Where are we based and do we travel?

We are based in Papamoa and will travel within the BOP.  we do love to travel though and can do further a field at an xtra cost.

 

Can Pop Up Oasis party in the park?

Yes! Though you may be required to obtain relevant permissions and permits from council.

 

What are Pop Up Oasis dimensions?

 approximately 2.64m high, 1.51m wide and 4m long, up to 5.65 long with ramp open

 

Are your bar staff trained?

Yes all of our bar staff have Lcq  certs and current managers certificates with extensive experience working in bars, a great knowledge of cocktails and are super friendly.  You will get great customer service and we will keep your guests from having too much, we want everyone to 

have a great time but be safe also.

 

How much does it cost to hire The Pop Up Oasis?

Every event is different and not one price fits all. To find out a ballpark figure for your event please use  the contact page or email your event details to oasismobilebar@outlook.com.  Please note that we cannot guarantee your booking date until we receive a 50 % deposit.
